(2) Services specific to Intake Interview and Treatment Planning:

• Assessment by a CDC to determine if the prospective client is showing current signs of dependence on barbiturates, benzodiazepines or alcohol. If so, the client will be required to be detoxed prior to admission.
• Psychiatric Evaluation (if needed)
• Complete physical and bloodwork within 21 days of entry
• Conferences with criminal justice system regarding client's option(s) (Consent required)
• Conferences with Public Assistance regarding support of client (Consent required)
• Conferences with client's family as needed (Consent required)
• Assessment of client's needs i.e., estimated length of treatment, medical/dental care, education/vocational planning
