(3) Services specific to client care:

• Three nutritional meals per day. Menus will be prepared at least one week in advance
• Sundries shall include items needed for good grooming and personal hygiene
• Emergency clothing will also be provided as available if needed
• Adequate sleeping arrangements will be provided apart from cooking, eating, therapy and administrative activities with adequate heating and ventilation with easy access to emergency exits.

Drugs prescribed pursuant to the Treatment Plan shall be controlled and monitored by drug abuse professionals or other licensed medical personnel.

The client will administer their own medication under the supervision of treatment staff. All medications will be stored in a locked cabinet.

Medical records will be kept by the Administrative Assistant and documented in the clients file.
